"Working in Dr. Bui’s lab was an incredible experience. I was fortunate to join her lab as a freshman and she immediately helped me grow my skills. I learned new lab techniques such as cell passaging as well as PDMS device fabrication. Additionally, Dr. Bui helped me grow my microscopy skills. Dr. Bui is an amazing mentor. It can be scary being in a research lab, however, Dr. Bui made it feel easy to ask questions. This lab really focused on learning and taught me so much. I truly grew as a person and scientist in this lab and am forever thankful."
